Service is non refundable after service is completed.
Cancellation refund
A request for a booking made through Garden of Elon LLC is fully refundable within 72 hours of booking after 72 hours a $75 fee will occur.
After drop off if you decide to shorten or extend your stay a $75 will occur. Please choose dates carefully
when booking to avoid a $75 fee for change of boarding dates.
Behaviors Rules
Damages caused by dogs will go directly to the bookie. Proof of damage will be provided by Garden of Elon LLC. Please let us know ahead of time if you know of any destructive behaviors. Hyperactive, Destructive and Escape artist please do not book.
We have the right to return the dog back to the bookie/owner or an emergency contact provided by the bookie in case of misbehavior. Local shelter will be used in extreme cases of misbehavior. Please DO NOT book a Violent dog at Garden of Elon LLC.
$25 potty cleaning fee for the stay if there are any accidents
